Clint Harrington is the founder and President of Apex Advisory Group. He formed the asset management and advisory practice 2004 to join equity clients in reaching their investment objectives for properties in Houston and Austin. He also underwrites acquisition opportunities throughout Texas for existing and prospective investment clients while concurrently handling some tenant representation assignments in Houston. Clint directs Apex Advisory Group's operations and oversees all firm management, strategy and direction. He brings over sixteen years of experience in third-party leasing and management, direct real estate ownership experience, and hands-on knowledge of all aspects of real estate acquisition, leasing and asset management. Clint received his B.A. degree with honors from UCLA. He later received his M.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University.

Most recently, Clint was an Executive Vice President with Equastone Real Estate Advisors whose corporate headquarters are in La Jolla, California. Apex Advisory continued to practice during this time, but Equastone and its investment portfolio became Clint’s key focus. At Equastone, he was responsible for all properties in the Gulf Coast Region which encompassed over 31 commercial office properties in excess of 6,700,000 SF in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and New Orleans. He had bottom line oversight for all asset and property management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. This portfolio was valued at approximately $1.1 billion. Since 2006, average occupancy increased by 26%, operating expenses were been reduced by 17%, and over $56,000,000 in capital building improvements were completed. Clint oversaw leasing and management teams from CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, PM Realty Group, Stream Realty, Trammell Crow and Transwestern. Due to the collapse of the debt and capital markets in 2008, Equastone was forced to close its Gulf Coast Regional office, and Clint again turned 100% of his attention to Apex Advisory Group.

Prior to developing Apex Advisory Group, Clint served as President of Navisys Group where he had bottom-line responsibilities for all leasing and management services including customer development and satisfaction for the firm and its clients. Navisys Group's 3-million square foot portfolio included 19 commercial office properties valued at roughly $375,000,000.

Before joining Navisys Group in September 2002, Clint was Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle's leasing and management group in Texas and Louisiana for over seven years, which managed a 14-million square foot, 51-property portfolio for 29 clients.
